1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the 1winpk platform, including the website at 1winpk.vip, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all products and services made available thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live dealer tables, and promotional offers (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any part of the Services, you ("the Player" or "you") unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 1winpk platform. These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on 1winpk, all of which form part of the agreement between you and 1winpk.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 1winpk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 1winpk operates a strictly adults-only policy. Registration by persons under 18 is prohibited, and 1winpk reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 1winpk or its affiliated companies.
• Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 1winpk platform complies with the laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable in your jurisdiction within Pakistan. 1winpk makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all locations. Players assume full legal responsibility for their use of the platform.
• Single Account: Only one account per individual is permitted. Persons maintaining multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts suspended without notice.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 1winpk Services, you are required to create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• You will promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted via your account.
• You will notify 1winpk immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

1winpk reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, that account activity is suspicious, or that continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before withdrawal requests are processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued identity document such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport. 1winpk may request additional documentation at any time.

4 Deposits & Payments

1winpk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods, subject to availability:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other participating Pakistani bank accounts via direct bank transfer
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency

The minimum deposit amount for JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 500. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

1winpk does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Deposit processing times are typically within minutes for mobile wallet methods but may take up to 30 minutes depending on network conditions. 1winpk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made once your account has successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are set out in the Cashier section and may be updated periodically.
• 1winpk reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Pakistani public holidays may be subject to extended processing times.
• Where bonus funds are involved, all applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 1winpk reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

1winpk may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, which will be published alongside each offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general provisions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 1winpk reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Claiming multiple accounts to receive bonuses more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• 1winpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through the 1winpk platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. These rules are published within each game's information panel or within the relevant sports betting section. General provisions include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 1winpk does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where specifically permitted by the applicable game or market rules.
• 1winpk reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of technical errors, data feed errors, or circumstances that would render settlement materially incorrect.
• Maximum bet limits, payout limits, and minimum stake requirements are set per sport, market, or game and may change without notice. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time without notice, including during active play. Bets placed before a suspension takes effect will be settled normally; bets placed after suspension are void.
• 1winpk uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all digital table and slot games. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by professional dealers under independent oversight.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1winpk platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to place bets, access account functions, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the 1winpk platform, whether in games, bonus systems, or payment processing.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Registering multiple accounts for any reason, including circumventing account suspensions or claiming promotional offers multiple times.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or payment processing.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places unreasonable burden on the 1winpk platform infrastructure.

9 Responsible Gaming

1winpk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your 1winpk account. Self-exclusion requests are final and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 1winpk platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall compilation of the website, is the intellectual property of 1winpk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content without the express written consent of 1winpk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1winpk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, data loss, bet settlement errors, or third-party service interruptions.

1winpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access to Services. 1winpk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that all gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all betting and gaming activities on the 1winpk platform entirely at your own risk. 1winpk provides an entertainment service and makes no guarantee of profit or positive financial outcome from use of the platform.

12 Termination

1winpk reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account and withhold associated balances at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• 1winpk is required to do so by law, regulatory requirement, or judicial order.
• 1winpk has reasonable grounds to believe that an account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.

On termination for cause, 1winpk may withhold some or all of the player's balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause by 1winpk, any verified balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws, statutes, and regulations applicable to online gambling in their jurisdiction within Pakistan. 1winpk makes no representation or warranty that use of the Services is lawful in any specific location.

14 Amendments

1winpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or via a prominent notice on the 1winpk platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree with revised Terms should cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
